Doctors could even get replaced if the records become accurate enough to replicate a diagnosis. One other factor, privacy. There was a data breach within the NHS not too long ago which caused a lot of money being lost and records unrecoverable. This was a huge data breach which goes against the code of conduct, if they wanted to assure this would not happen again, the doctors and hospitals would have to upgrade their cyber security and that means more resources spent overall. With the use of more electronic technology, all employees would have to sign a computer misuse act to comply with the standards within the code of ethics. With the increase of data, this would have to be stores somewhere safe and secure and that causes more resources and time to be distributed.
